Sustainability
Assessed per project, subject to verification.
We take a measured approach to sustainability. Any environmental characteristics are evaluated at the project level and are subject to independent verification — we make no blanket green claims.
Our approach
How we evaluate sustainability.
Each project is considered on its own merits. The points below describe our method, not guaranteed outcomes.
Project-level assessment
Environmental characteristics are evaluated for each project individually — never asserted across the platform as a whole.
Power options, evaluated
Hybrid and renewable power sources are considered per project, subject to grid availability, site conditions, and feasibility.
Efficiency by design
Cooling and power design choices aim to reduce consumption where site conditions allow; outcomes vary by deployment.
Independent verification
Any sustainability characteristic we describe is intended to be substantiated through independent verification before it is relied upon.
Hybrid & renewable power
Power sources, considered per project.
Where a project allows, we evaluate hybrid and renewable power options alongside conventional supply. Whether such options are viable depends on the specific site, available grid capacity, regulatory context, and project economics. Any resulting sustainability characteristics would be specific to that project and subject to independent verification — they should not be generalised across the platform.
What we do not claim
Clear about our limits.
- We do not claim the platform is carbon-neutral, net-zero, or “green”.
- We do not present carbon offsets as an accomplished fact.
- We do not make absolute or forward-looking environmental guarantees.
- We do not imply that any single project's profile applies to others.
Sustainability targets reflect design intent and are subject to site conditions, grid availability, and independent verification.
