A compliance-first approach
DAM AI Compute, operated by DIGITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT FZCO (“DAM”), operates on a compliance-first basis. This notice describes, in general terms, how compliance considerations apply to enquiries and engagements. It is descriptive only and does not create rights or obligations.
KYC and screening
Requests submitted through this site are subject to review. Depending on the nature of the request, this may include:
- Know-your-customer (KYC) and counterparty identification;
- End-user and end-use review of the intended deployment;
- Screening intended to identify restricted parties and higher-risk jurisdictions before any engagement proceeds.
Completing a form does not guarantee acceptance. Engagements proceed only after applicable review is satisfied.
Your responsibilities
You remain solely responsible for your own compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to you, including (without limitation) your legal, regulatory, export-control, and sanctions obligations. You are responsible for determining whether your intended use is lawful in the relevant jurisdictions and for obtaining any licences or authorisations you require.
We do not provide advice
DAM does not provide legal, export-control, sanctions, regulatory, tax, or investment advice. Nothing on this site or in our communications should be relied upon as such advice. You should obtain your own independent professional advice before acting.
Right to decline
DAM reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline, pause, or discontinue any request or engagement — including, without limitation, those that involve restricted or sanctioned parties, restricted jurisdictions, or end uses that do not meet our screening criteria, or where required information is not provided.
Restricted-party and jurisdiction screening
As part of our review, we may screen counterparties and intended end users against applicable restricted-party, sanctions, and watch lists maintained by relevant authorities, and we may consider the jurisdictions involved.
This description is provided for transparency about our process. It does not constitute advice on how those lists or controls apply to you, and it does not replace your own screening and compliance obligations.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates when it was last revised.
